We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was good. The room was newly renovated with a tub, had wake-up service, that's cool.

The hotel is huge and fairly clean with a good restaurant, I had a good stay. The room was recently renovated on the 27th floor, I truly enjoyed it.

Everything was simply great. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a good area, near freeway and railway, the casino, the airport. The employees were affable and attentive. I asked for a double room with a tub and the bathroom, for instance, had a great stay.

i had fine days staying at this victorian hotel. appetising food, absolutely beautiful view, decent service. i slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. pool was well maintained, i liked it. plus, free wi-fi was available - very useful.

Super location, functional room with fabulous views of the volcano. A secured hotel with beautiful staff. Large beds and terrace, a balcony and a mini-fridge. The beach was secluded and near the property...

The staff was best and the food good. 30 minutes' drive to the airport. In the evening we visited cantina los tres hombres, set next to the hotel.

Best hotel experience. Oyster Bar was 5 mins walk away. Comfy beds in the rooms. Excellent place for trip in Sparks.
